The Best In The Business – I live locally in Gaynesford Street, Mount Gravatt and have been an active part of our community, for many years. I have worked as a Real Estate Agent for 26 years, and won numerous awards during this time, by understanding what buyers and sellers are looking for in the current market. I am a well-known local in the community and energetically support (with my husband Bart) community activities including the Men’s Shed, St Agnes School activities, the Mount Gravatt Environment Group and their wonderful work in our local green spaces, creating walking tracks, environmental awareness and amenities for us all the enjoy.
Apart from my daily walks through the nearby Toohey Forest, I regularly walk around the suburb delivering my flyer and chatting to those I meet. I also do a quarterly newsletter for our neighbourhood, with the latest local news (and often a delicious recipe or two!) and items that I think our local residents are interested in reading about.
I am a specialist in my patch of turf! – I often meet 50 parties or more in a week through my open houses, which gives me a definitive insight in the Mt Gravatt area. I know that many of the property buyers in our area are locals currently renting, some looking to upsize or downsize as families need, wanting to remain in the area for our excellent schooling, developing retail precincts and transport links.
Quick sale is a good sale – I focus on bringing your property to the market at its best possible presentation standard (and minimise contract issue) to maximise your financial return and reducing the stressful disruption for those living in the property.
I join the journey with you – I understand that selling your property can often be an emotional experience (not to mention time consuming!) so over the years I have developed tools which include my free To Do Reports along with a list of reliable local trades people and businesses to assist in getting your property ready for sale. Taking the guesswork out of selling your property and making the process as seamless as possible.
